--- explanation/reasoning:
1+2. Quad AA (or trip) on these T slots is way to much. Need to be dropped to duals.
3. All SN high lvl guns are @ 45 degreees, and this should fix the range roughly as we
want it.
4. penetration on these shells is to much. Let's see what the lower shellmass does. Values
are the ones richard recommended. This will also affect both BB3, we will ahve to deal
with that later.

It would be better to re-balance the L2 to a L1 of BB5s than to make the Alsace that.

hmmm.. maybe see a chance in it and let Alsace with lvl 100 guns be the Lion 1 of the
BB5s? Thats just a thought of mine. Because right now its faster then (as fast as) any
other bb5, has rather short range and can be AWed (more or less effectivly). So to me it
seems to be more A UK ship then Lion 2 is. So maybe spent a thought about allowing the
Alsace to be a more effective AW so its the Lion1/POW of the BB5s

Alsace deck armour needs nerfing more than that Richard, due to H44 poor penetration.

Yes, we know KM AA is overpowered and need a nerf bat.

The quad dual guns are fine, but the set up on some ship isn't.

hmm.. well but thus they have rather long reload and with a golden angle of 34 they have
much shorter range then KM40 which can be devasting on a h44 or kaiser too.

@Nibor, because it is overpowererd.

Alsace with quad dual set up,nuke everythin with one salvo. A whole squadron of bombers,
fighter, are completely whipped or left by 1-2 is a big problem.




Project 24
Normal displacement 50 000 → 51 500
** The ability to gimp and goes 37 knots too easily. You can kill few rookies off a bo or
pilots, to achieve it. It was meant to do 35 knots. Even if it goes 37, the least we could
let it is to hardcore gimp, but then it is a delicate subject. In which I won't go much in it*

Deck value 2139->2783
**To prevent the ability to armoured with massive firepower with 2 guns only. With the
spread buff an d' ammo buff receiving, one should not be able to aw effectively. As MN
trait is speed, AA and rush and not armoured rush. This will give the alsace about 7,3
deck at lvl 120**


Richelieu (New 3 T slot)
T slot number 9 ---> 360 degree
T slot number 10 and 11 → 180 degree
This will allows richelieu to have constantly 2 big guns firing, and not having
simultaneous 3 guns firing.



Stalingrad
T slot 5,6,7,8 180 → 165 degree (why do we just throw randomly 180 degree arc of fire?)
Pss, some T slot will still be able to do 180

why? arent the new two gunsets ment to be used on the larger richel and alsace t-slots? So
why changing this now.
