I think this needs to be changed back  to way it is now/before.  I like some of my ships to have the gun lines short. Some people like them longer.

Also does this mean that you have to have anything on your BO to see your shells? If not the case then everyone power levels BO's to 120 for anything and no one gets punished. Also weigh for bbs with speed will be different if that is the case too, people can now be more creative with much less weight.
