I agree, but used my rec on LJ's last post. And yeah, they should just add a scout to the ones who cant carry, we've already established that NF =/= RL, and nelson had a scout IRL anyway. BB 1-3 should be no exception, as micro-ing your scout takes practice, and it isnt like bb1-3 are toeing the line duking it out. They might be able to contribute a bit more than the nearly nothing they contribute now. Also, they should give a slight (10-20%) xp buff for CL/CA that choose to carry scouts and help the team. I usually carry one on my CA, since Im usually ASW or AA in it, and the extras crew of ANY type really doesnt provide a benefit equal to having a scout loaded and ready to pop into a suddenly dark area, til CV can get ftrs there (say between waves). The biggest issue is that shared xp without responsibilities actually encourages slacking. If tweaks were made to encourage team play and discourage selfish play, then selfish needs would begin to mirror team needs.
