Try 'Avast!'; it's a free download, and does a decent job. It sounds like you're in for
a....fun ride cleaning your computer up, and this would be a good start.

Your a tad bit in trouble if its the Win something one that offers protection. My old comp
had that and it was a bitch to remove. Had to get my friend to do it and he never got it
fully removed.

I question the sites you go to get all that crap. And don't you have virus protection to
begin with? Were you running your comp with it off or was it outdated or you didn't
have any to begin with and your firewall switched off?
