Well i thought CVing was hard till i started reeling in 16000 shotdowns per game... unless i have to fight a USN PCV... or the enemy CVs knw what they're doing and drag the f&%$ away.

Quit complaining and get your own CV and show everyone how it's done.

You know? Dogfights should rely a littlbe bit more on skill and less on autowin. This is a Tier based game, I know. But so is certain Namco game, and that doesn't prevent me from shooting down someone with a lower tier plane. Anyone has any suggestions as to how what we have now could be changed into something like that without comepletely changing the interface?

i agree, when i started this game all best BB's went south with best cvs going south also . North was considered for the newer players to learn the feel for the game. Now seems eveyone wants to stack north and leave south empty.
There is nothing wrong with someone that enjoys playing a BB-lines only. There are players that have nothing but SS that don't need a CV at all.

I do believe the problem is people don't want to grind they're CV's any more but if they got better instruction from fleet mates or read the tip and tactics section for CV's they might do better, as for scouting guess what little girls you have a spot on your ship for a scout.....USE IT and Quit Crying about it.....and if it gets shot down give credit to the CV player on the other side. CV's are like any other part of NF, even if your a good player you still have to grind up your stuff to be effective....same as a BB player or SS player. And btw if you got rid of fighters they're would be nothing but bomber Ho's and you STILL WOULDN'T HAVE ANY SIGHT!!! :D

interesting convo so far i must admit i have noticed 8 out of ten games on bravo 8-9 BBs go north and auto lose game after game. and as for BB6/CV6 going north just tells me they wanna try to exploit lower tier/skill ships is all. even tho south has range advantage over north yet they do this i dunno why. also if you have lvl 75-99 fps you can still be very effective against high lvl fighter(100-120) just requires more attention / micro management to to take em down and scout for your team. just my opinion you can make your own decisions tho.

i do 6000 kills with t1(UK) fighter every game...thats enough to average many exp
