On my Tico I run 8 pilots, with variations of 6-1-1, or 7-1 (fighters - bombers - 120 scout). I send out 3-3-3-2 at the start ,with -2 being my scouts. I then continuously fuel up squads of 3 fighters (another 2 if the scouts go down). I am able to keep the skies lit with this combo unless I go up against another strong PCV or CV6. It is during these times when one of these good players, who have a tough battle on his /her hands, is destined to becoming a "NOOB" . I have personally seen games where a player, who hassles others, has been silenced by his team's dark skies. It leaves me to wonder if that player is suffering the wrath of his team mates in team chat !!
So thats great for you guys with PCVs, but GBs still suck horribly for us cv1-3. And the difference between low lvl BBs and low lvl CVs is that low BBs CAN ACTUALLY DO DAMAGE TO HIGHER BBs. High CVs with high FPs will own anything lower than it period, no chance to mitigate lvl difference. To those of you ranting about dragging, it doesnt work if you have low lvl (+30 lvl difference) pilots so shaddup.

I always go S when your there rehor ^_~.
Agreed though fail cv's go N same with fail BB's. Even with my little yorktown (lv100ftrs) I manage to keep s and most of the middle covered. (horray for camping CV3/4/5 while they're parked)

So your saying no BB or CV should go north? Everyone go south? lol, that will work...

OR the CV's can split between north and south evenly instead of letting the small CV's take south alone when there is a high chance that a higher level CV will be south on the other team considering this tactic of evenly placing the CVs between north and south is, IMO, common sense.

reminds me of the other day, when i went south with my pcv, just to have all 3 BB5's turn north,
leaving south with 1 pbb and a bb1...
this isnt a one sided problem, both cv's and bb's fail split, but only the cv's get flamed for doing so.
deployment is something only a hand full of players watch effectively,
Those few have an above average win rate, because they think & communicate, try doing the same.
IF you want a different cv setup within the team, simply addres a cv by his player ID, instead of yelling; NOOB CV TURN, perhaps they listen if what you try to say makes sense and isnt insulting to begin with ;)

The problem here is that there are some really idiotic CV drivers out there (Got bombed to dead while driving my BB4 while a CV was just sitting there spamming DBs and ignoring my pleads for help, AND HE HAD FPs!!!!), but that doesn't means that you can be rude to anyone. Call them by their ID, if they don't answer call again, If they still don't answer PM them, and if that fails you can become rude, Hopefully this will call the attention of a mod and you will get killed and also banned (Note sarcasm on the fourth step)

CV playing should be a team task cuz if you use only fighters but your 3 teammmates use bombers or torpers you will lose for sure because should be 2 fightwhore cvs or 3 and only 1 or 2 bw and the main cv should go by the south
