RN : HMS Agincourt. Most main battery guns of any battleship ever, 14 guns in 7 x 2gun turrets. Fired 144 main battery shells at Jutland, must have been quite a sight.

KM Bayern Class Battleship The Bayern and Baden were the Bismarck and Tirpitz of WWI. It could be said Bismarck was basically an updated version of the Bayern Class.
