beyond caring about this one.....

the only thing U hope cv bws do is leave some of  their bombers over the enemy after they have bombed....surely a reasonable sized bw cant go through all its planes in one game..even if they leave half of them to crash?

            My CV has old school BO on it. He provides sight for the BB's with fighters. If he  picks off scouts and bombers on the way, great. Providing sight for the big guns is the best way to help the team to win....... in my opinion.

I agree with the last two posts - it is easier to fail with bombers than with fighters, and I see lots of evidence for fail bombing. That's why it would be so much better for cvs to concentrate on fighters - lighting up the enemy and providing fighter cover over own lines.

Why shout FC when the MN CV is trying to DB the enemy CV?
Why shout FC when you can sacrifice that 1-2 knots of speed for AA?
Why shout FC when SDE implemented escort ships?

Stop complaining about your scout unable to launch when fighter camped or you get DBed. The enemies are probably facing the same problem. You probably experienced these problems.

Back to the scoutless problem.
I‘ve seen a few scoutless Monties lately.
Not surprised , this is getting old.
Bring a scout unless you are on a Nelson. 

Actually if the CV is the reason the BB line is being fighter camped then either shoot the planes down or start fighter camping the enemy BB line. The CV's role is to support the BBs and that means not letting them get sunk by bombers first, aiding them to get vision or getting them vision and then the least important is keeping the enemy blind.

How fast can you load, launch, fly over and DB vs. a BB4-5 or 6s reload? Its a no brainer a BB will and can sink ships much faster then a db/tbw cv. If given support from his team.
