Hi All,

While im feeling all proactive.

Calmly and rationally - What keeps you out of your CV?

How do we get you back in your CV playing again?

Again - Please keep this clear of speculation, insults. Everyone has their right to a
viewpoint or reason, debate it but do so with reason and back it up.

If not or you cant, then leave it

Yes no doubt this has been discussed to death, but is also a major issue in NF today
resulting in games taking too long to load etc. Yes I also know there is the CV wish list
thread.

This is a temporary quick fire solution suggestion thread - Keep it short and concise

Heres a couple for you

1) Crew death
2) Player abuse (bullying and insults)
3) TB's DB's shortened range
4) Locals need resolving (?)

Oh, I also want to add that I think CV1 and 2 should get a slight airplane space buff. It
kind of sucks only being able to run 16 T3 FP on a Hosho.... Maybe bump it up by 400 for
every CV1 or 2?

{needing 1 to 2 vetpacks a week for eack pilots is to much m8! lost 30+ vets on
each ftr pilot in the last 2 weeks,and i have 8 of them!}
2 give us t-4's pls
{make t-4's cv-5 and up lvl m8, lvl limit 100+}
[ 1 t3-t4 cv w/ lfp's {8 to 10 lfp's should "not" rip 30 t0 40 t-3 ftrs out of the sky
before thay run out of gas!i have seen a single akagi/kaga usin lfp's hold off
a shinano, ijn pcv, and us cv4 all usin t-3 ftrs cant do that with t-3's so why can you
do that with lfp's?]
oh ya n draggin the lfp's just means when you run them out of gas he's got another
set of lfp's loaded up!
let tking aa baots get a tk penelty pls.
bb's wont cry for scting if we dont get returning planes killed by friendly fire!
shooting down friendlys was a courtmatialing offence in the milatery!
not a how do you like me now mantality!
if you cant see the "brite green circle" around the planes then you shouldnt be
using aa!
you couldnt get on an aa gun in ww2 unless you knew the enemy/friendly's planes
siloites by haert!
these two things alone would bring a"lot" of cv players back into reguler play!

Cap local fighters around 75 so high lvl cv's cant use them.
More vision for bombers so you can see the bb's sooner.
T4 fighters make the around lvl 115.

Since the x-mas event, the pilot death for cv drivers has been noticeably high. Lets
start with that. Need to make the cv more fun, other than a huge scout platform.
Ability to find and give a wet willy to any BB driver who says, "cv failed", "blind
again" or other derogatory remarks.
Ability to find and give a wedgie to the AA drivers who shoot down 4 friendlys
trying to get 1 scout.

1. Crew Deaths
2. TB damage needs abit of an increase
3. Level Cap locals @ lvl 65 or lower
4. T4 Fighters @ lvl 105 or higher
5. Read CV wish list regarding fighter circle
6. Increase AAW on CV's (cant AA & HH at the same time)

1. Friendly AA needs to be punishable just like Friendly fire on BB's and other ships.
If you shoot down Friendly Planes then Kiss your EXP goodbye!!!

2. Increase the fuel range of Bombers.

3. Increase the Damage on DB's and TB's.

4. Locals need to be eliminated or only allowed on CV1's.

5. Lower the Expert and Vet losses.

6. Increase Exp points. for CV's.

7. Allow Fighters the ability to see Subs from the sky while submerged. ( More of a
Wish than suggestion! )

8. Seriously do something to make CV's more enjoyable!!! This game caters mainly
to BB's.

1. Get Rid of Locals on anything bigger then a CV2
2. Reduce Crew Death
3. Reduce Crew Death or increase expert gain from plane-to-plane kills
4. T4 Fighters

Add seeing subs from the air and more TB damage and cap the dam locals it suks
having your t-3 eatten by a fw with locals. and the AA from some ship is OMG vet
death rate is way high

To be more historicly correct both cv's and ss should be able to deal with high leval
BB's but the CV's were sub hunters so let us see the subs when our planes are
close. it
might give a higher lvl ASW.

Whats keeping me from playing cv

1. Insanely linear progression
There is very little a low lvl cv crew can do against high lvl cv crews. This is very
different from bbs where a low lvl bb can kill a higher lvl bb if the low lvl bb knows
what its doing.

2. Crew death
Why spend money if it goes away fast.

3. Vision vs bombers
Do you want to make cvs basically an extreme long range attack or a bbs scout buddy.
At the current state if a cv doesn't send fighters the side ends up blind real quick
because the other sides fighters are killing off all the scouts.

Personally I would say take the burden of vision off cvs and give bbs scouts capable of
fending for themselves against cv fighters. At the same time drastically increase bomber
effectiveness. That way fighters can still help reduce enemy vision, but will mostly be
there to protect against bomber attacks (like aa).

The big thing for me is the exp gain. Gaining 20k from air kills in a game and then
getting 10k exp per sailor in a cv4 from helping my team win is kinda... unappetizing,
so to speak.

Also:

"4) Locals need resolving"
Took the question mark out, as they defeinitely need fixing or swapped out with
some useful T4s :)
