Actually I would not ban a player for using content that was released m even if poorly designed. This is not the players fault and that is clear.

 

The only reason people aren't up-in-arms about the MN or SN rentals is because people didn't bring it to the attention of the public yet. 59/61 is fast enough to easily avoid Torps (especially subs) and dodge DBS/TBs without any issues. It's also fast enough to effectively weave while gun fighting to make most BB4/5s miss most of their shots.

To achieve balance, AT LEAST all 3 new nations' rentals should not be used until $DE can review the issues and balance them accordingly.

Not being rude but you are not doing your job then. TNF have made the right call by asking people not to use. But to the letter of this rule people are breaking it. The fact it is there is SDEs fault, the fact people keep using it is exploiting.

Any exploit you can say was not a players fault because it was added like that but by using it with the knowledge it is a fault is exploiting. Credit hacks, was it the players fault that there was a way to gain credits, no are they exploiting, yes. 

How can you POSSIBLY SAY it wasn't known?....supposedly ALL ships are run thru the test server to check for errors/flaws....isn't that whats SUPPOSED to happen to all ships BEFORE being released?....so clearly something INCREDIBLY stupid has happened here....now WHAT is SDE/TNF going to do about it?...just asking people NOT to use it is nothing but a bunch of garbage....as stated by others...the EULA CLEARLY states that using or exploiting errors or glitches inthe game is a BANNABLE offense.....so shouldn't that be the SHORT TERM answer to the problem while it's being sorted out?...but to to that it wasn't known is also one of two things...BOTH of them incredibly stupid...either they wern't ever tested.....or someone just shrugged thier shoulders and said who cares....either way...WHY should anyone put any more money into a game that tosses competitive balance out the window because they either didnt know/care?...answer  is THEY SHOULDNT.....and with efforts like this...if NF3 ever gets launched....are we going to see the same slipshod/sloppy practices there too?.........

It's not an explot if $DE WANTS them to perform this way. By releasing them in their currently broken state, they are tacitly aknowledging that THIS IS THE WAY $DE WANTS THEM TO BE.

 

The fact that the way they are is completely f'ed up is immaterial according to $DE.

If people are saying ban the rm Rbb players because they are exploiters they should be pushing for the same thin with the regular Rm bb players, cause both are op just one is to a lesser extent. BBr did his job testers did not
