And just when you thought the RM BB4 was the example of ridiculous.....now we see RM rentals....120+ knots......HOW was this nation releaased?.....DO NOT claim that the ship line was tested....clearly thats a lie, and looking at the previous post about this...which was locked...why? by the way?...to say RIDICULOUS is putting it mildly...and the comment that the players have been asked to return the rentals.....lol....sorry...this just makes the case that Italy should be pulled period! cant wait to see what the RM BB4 RENTAL will be like....just watched a RM BB2 RENTAL that was AROMOR WHORED doing 48 knots and sank nearly every ship in the GB...doing almost 400K attack....to say goodbye to game balance is putting things mildly.....thanks SDE/TNF for a truly EPIC FAIL.....now go ahead and lock and delete this before too many read this.

ITT: Quotewalls and discussion about content that no one bothered to test (inability to organize the testing is not an excuse) but what was released anyway.

Ask the leaders of the test team, because I know I was never given access to them, otherwise I would have made a huge issue about it.

And how much good would that have done LJ?

Not a damn bit, other than giving you a chance to say "Told you so".

Lets say we were asked to look at it and that the uniques were available. We would have warned SDE and they would have pulled them from the server as they are doing now, or maybe even fixed them.

OK, Ill dumb it down for you then....
To think BS took a harbor because we knew it had bugged rentals and then we would have a advantage is, other than your post, the stupidest thing I think I have read on these forums in a long time...

Hmmmm....In more clear English, appropriate for a lower level reader and I may have not been clear at all, I said that they wanted the harbor for the fact of the OP'd ships and the possibility of additional SDE mess ups giving other advantages to the line.  In addition to that, I don't blame you for wanting it as most of the fleets would.  It's a popular nation at the moment because of these known problems, which makes it a great harbor to own.  Lastly, with such a monumental (is that too big a word?) mistake of the rentals, BS should not bring them out for use until it is corrected which would be the right thing to do.

For even lower level readers:  IT makes perfect sense for BS to want the harbor.  We all woulnd't mind having it.  BS should not use the rentals until fixed.

It's either these reasons or they serve really good wine and pasta at the Harbor Officers Club.  ;-)

Gundamx2

it mustn't be $DE's fault
the reason why those RM RBBs running so fast or with that much armors must be the players who using them used hacks!!
HACKSHIELD must be re-introduced!!!!!!

oh wait....

another reason to stop me from playing NF.

So let me get this stated from someone very clearly:

Everyone has a problem with BS using the RM Rentals, even IF the player is intentionally running it at a more reasonable speed as compared to the other new nations rental BBs.

Oh, thats right, the only rentals even being flamed on are the ones from the harbor that BS claimed....which I think everyone can agree ANY, ANY fleet that got to declare on it before us WOULD HAVE, and everyone is clearly forgetting that compared to the original nations rentals, the other new nations rental BBs are travelling at a speed much faster than the normal ships. MUCH faster.  What gives?

P.S-I do support the decision to remove ALL RENTALS until they can be fixed.

P.S.-To those who are screaming that ALL Italian ships be removed from the game period, well, thats about the most retarded thing I have heard as of yet. Nobody cried this back in 2004-2005 when the main 4 nations werent all entirley up to par with each other...Especially all the UK users and their uber armored up L1s, L2s, etc. Not that I remember anyways....
