Good point. Maybe it´s a good time for SDE to re-balance the game. 
I´m using mostly KM ships, and they are battlecrusiers,  two hits from a RN same level and go to the bottom, but using the "range advantage" I hit 4 times, almost full salvos, keep comming.

I said this in several forums: Range without damage is usless.

I´m glad that RM bring this discussion to the forum, but not only RM ships shuold be nerf, RN ans US too, OR all nations balanced again.

PD: When I said 4 salvos mean 1 and hlaf salvo of AP and the rest HE, and do nothing.

Range without damage it's not useless. I can chew on a Lion 1 pretty easily, Be it AW or not. The thing with KM is that one needs to learn a lot of things in order to pay it properly.

Am I heading towards another BBs range? Or is the path I am going to follow clear?

Do I have my Team mates backup, or are they running away/ Are already dead for trying to rush agains 4+ BB5s? 

And last, but most important of all: Am I properly slingshotting my shells? Or I am just randomly zig zagging? 

A little bit more range would be nice, but that would give the H39 Lion 2 (or more) Range since these guns (due to the spread disadvantage) do jump a lot, mostly in your favor. Giving it better accuracy could also be a nice boost, but I think it would be really op. I really don't know how those buffs could affect gameplay, so for now I am happy with my H39 as it is.

Always remember: A BB4 shouldn't be able to eat a Higher tier BB alive, which is why the H39 is like it is, giving it BB5 range or better spread would mean that many BB5s on kaiser will be sitting ducks for it.

H44 is a beast, played properly It can do some real damage against the enemy, the thing is that this ship is made for holding the line and taking enemies one by one, not tanking it's way through waves and waves of enemies, that is UK's style.
Just wait a little longer untill the H44 (And all BB5 guns for that matter) Get fixed, if $DE stops releasing tons and tons of OP content to boosts sales, then I predict these changes could be on live server by August, Although Richardphat and LJ could give you a more accurate date.

SDE has no sense of balance when will people realise this...on the korean server there were no caps, if its still up its the same way. I've seen screenshots of BB4's with 1700SD.

This game is and always will be balanced and maintained by the players. SDE is our parents giving us rides and helpful advice (not usually but they think it is). Or leaving us in a hot car for 6 hours while they goto the casino...

Not all ships are armoured. A fair few ships do need rebalancing, but KM is far from a useless nation. Two full salvo's from a KM ship at max range (BB4+) will either cripple or kill any ship or the equivalent tier.

Furthermore, if you AP an armoured ship and hit full salvo's at max, on equivalent ships, you are going to put the hurt on. There are some issues with the BB5 tier, but it is a larger problem than just a single ship. Its actually a combination of 3 issues.

Range with the lowest damage is not useless at all. There is a reason H39's are a staple in the Fleet League. And Kaisers are a staple in BB6 battles. 

I would love the opportunity to go over every class; However, balance wise, there are bigger problems. Such as RM. Such as Subs. Such as CV's. Such as KM and SN guns. But hopefully the people that know their stuff get the support to work on them as a community. 

yes, power level is a good option provided by this game.

for the power level, u only need to choose the nation before lv24, and make the sailor to the BO when reach high level. this can level up the bo faster, because the sailor which only has the nation will have 20% more exp gain.

if you want to power level the BO to lv103, you need at least +14 or +15 base sailor for the BO, and you may need to boost it after change it to BO, for long enough aiming line.
