This ship is so overpowered it puts subs to shame. BB4 that is the size of an atlanta, that can 2 shot bb6s, and has low angle degree guns. People though russia was OP, but they look balanced compared to ALL Italian BBs.

I've tallied the votes.
Out of 52 people saying either OP or not, 12 people claim it is not OP. That means 40 people claim it is OP content.
Not OP %: ~23% (12/52)
It is OP %: ~77% (40/52)

EDIT: If you think the RM BB4s are overpowered, then what are the traits on the ship that need to be nerfed to make the ship balanced?

RM BB4=Small Hitbox+Good repairers+good damage+average range+good submergence+lazor guns+Average speed+ average turning force= This Ship is freaking OP.
H39= Big hitbox+Long Range+Fires flowers+Can't take hits+Have good speed+Medium hangtime (34 Degree guns)+ Bad spread.
Lion 1=Good spread+Bad speed if AW+Slow reload+Average hang time+Good repairers+ Medium to bad submergence to counter for the good repair rate.
Iowa= Pretty much an average ship with some decent speed.
Yamato= Great damage+ High Hang time (45 degree guns)+medium/bad speed+Made of paper+Great AA+Low range.

For those that dont think it can two shot anything...
I've seen it one shot SY's and Alsaces. I've seen it put BB56's into the red with the first hit.

Indeed, a one good salvo from this RM BB4 and you are pretty much done or at least much of your SD.
41k damage a salvo with lazor guns, good submergence, good repairs, good speed, small hitbox and almost H39 range IS OP.

don't worry, if it really over powered, it will be nerfed finally,
when french db had over range and bomb damage was over powered, and its pcv can send 12 airplanes, I send a ticket to TNF, and was told what was the nature of this nation. or i won't level up MN cv since I already have IJN cv with 8 bombers and 4 fighters.
but, finally, nerfed anyway. I have to sell MN cv crew.
remeber, don't level up new nation just because you want its temporary advantage, you will feel disappoint finally.

Nerf H39 range? Fine, give it 45k+ for each full salvo, currently at around 34k per full salvo. Nerf Yamato Damage and AA? Fine, but give them more range. Iowa stays the same. Nerf lion's armor? Give faster reload speed/ better submergence. Nerf range of SN BB4? Don't know about it, but I think there is an scheduled nerf to this. Nerf MN BB4 AA? Fine, Deliver the "High damage output" promised (Curretnly at around 37k per salvo). That sounds fair to me, but that would require a mayor overhaul of the Nations and what nations have what perks.
you got the point here, this is nation's advantage, so why do people keep saying italy? because they are lazy to grind? well, montana and mn bb5 bascially can one shot any BB4, even a super yamato not with 100% sd, so why people dont ask to nerf its damage? because people are whinning.

NF Players are Spoil, They talkin Nerf. How about your to crappy a player to sink it..The damn French EBB is OP TO THE MAX but you guys here crying about a weak ship.. I've Been watching it in game and i've not Seen any OP, Simply guys Ignoring it Until its in range..The spead is crap, compare to other BB4s. Gosh stop crying you little Babies.
P.S Everything is OP to the guys who can't sink them. Subs are OP for me cause i hate them!!!
