This ship is so overpowered it puts subs to shame. BB4 that is the size of an atlanta, that can 2 shot bb6s, and has low angle degree guns. People though russia was OP, but they look balanced compared to ALL Italian BBs.

I've tallied the votes.
Out of 52 people saying either OP or not, 12 people claim it is not OP. That means 40 people claim it is OP content.
Not OP %: ~23% (12/52)
It is OP %: ~77% (40/52)

italy as of right now needs to be fixed.
nothing that small should be a bb4 and still have great range, great shell damage and great speed.
this is a failure in the developers thinking.someting that small should atleast be very slow, or very very weak hitting.
have you noticed their solution for new nations is to make them with smaller ships? yet they fail on the balance. whats next?
new nation, bb4-bb6 the size of a frigate? traveling 39knots with 5 double barreled 18 inch guns?
seriously, italy is way out of balance and needs to be fixed.

As well as being clearly overpowered my biggest criticism is levelled at the people doing the sprites.
A ship this small as a BB4? It totally ruins any feeling of realism spoiling how the game 'Feels'
I did not like the MNBB5 being the size of a dunker and I like this even less. Having a small hit box is always going to be a fundamental advantage.

What about MN EBB..thats OP when it bounces Nebby shells its OP..its a damn BB3 should not be bouncing BB6 shells at any angle period..If POW/Nelly can't why should it.
I agree NYB. The MN EBB needs to be fixed and I would like to see something done to take care of it. But until SDE can get their act together, this is going to be a long and depressing event.

YES, its OP. Its small, how can be BB4 small? look at other nation all BB4 are big, it got good range, high speed, lover angle, total OP, do something with that. You do that ships less snd less.

Montana and MN BB5's are BB5's, not BB4's. We are talking about BB4's here.
The skill has always been terrible in general. But I guess before the PBB's were nerfed, that content was fine, right?
Anyone that has a clue about game balance and the mechanics of the game knows Italy is hugely flawed, so threads like these are really useful to see who doesn't have a clue about game balance.
I wonder how many of the people who don't want the nerf to Italy are the ones grinding and playing this ship constantly over say, the BB5...

I could tell it was sarcasm, although thats probably only because it was you. We should have sarcasm tags on this forum ;)
I think its funny that NYB thinks he is good. Its easy to one shot H44's with Yammy's when you get massive crits; Because that is the only way you are going to one shot a 900SD H44.

Nerf H39 range? Fine, give it 45k+ for each full salvo, currently at around 34k per full salvo. Nerf Yamato Damage and AA? Fine, but give them more range. Iowa stays the same. Nerf lion's armor? Hiroito, I agree with you, if this ship is over power balance the rest. You said a great true fact about H39, needs an upgrade.
The rest are balanced, with the exception of the Stalin/MN BB4...
LOL.. Lj i know im good. Period..it annoys me just seeing your name you knowing alot about the game means crap cause you actually suck playing it. So you always trying to down play others is funny. Get in game more and stay off forums. Might help.

always some advantage attract u to play the new nation.
lets recall
when the france navy was released, its bb5 can run fast + powerful guns, and bb4's aa ability was very attractive(alot of slots and long range), especially its airplane's range, almost twice of other nations, bomb and torpedo's damage are decent, and its pcv could carry 12 airplanes, same as cv6.
are these advantage still exist? no
when the russia navy was released, it's bb3, small ship, nice speed, very powerful gun, and it's bb5 had super powerful guns, it was the most powerful bb5 in the sea. (my russian bo is just lv91, and i leveled it up after the big patch, these are just my feeling, and I remember after the russia line was nerfed, a lot of players complained about it for a long time.)

so, when u want to start a new nation, think carefully, why u start to play it.

Well lets make all BB look the same, have same angles, do same damage. In Communist Navyfield you go 1 line, do same damage, have same angles!
That way all is fair, and nothing will be OP.
