what is the point of the 18.89"/45 model 1941 MN guns?  You can put them on the Richelieu or the Clemenceau but you can't fit any ammo.  Are these guns specifically for the Jean Bart?  And if so, that's disappointing since I got a Clemenceau to help level to the Alsace, and then realized how useless the Clemenceau really is.  Now a ship comes out that will help the grind and can have Alsace guns on it, but I have to re-earn the darn thing.  I wish I could trade up the useless POS Clemenceau.

It is stupid that making a slow ship without much armor and bulge nowadays.
The engine capacity is 285 as same as H39/H41.
Why it cannot even run like a H44 23/39!?? 
 
I am angry and sad when i saw the speed of the new RN eBB  Vanguard 1946 is 25/42.
How come it is the slowest bb around bb4-5!?
I dun think it's fair to km when RN, RM, IJN is with high dps and good speed.
The advantage of range is just very little for bb5.

Fine, you tell me y should i use a ebb4.5 with 0.2 belt armor and 8 bulge in GB.
Why i dun use h44 instead of it?? (H44 with AA setup can still run 23/39 with 233 engine)  

The problem is that km ship should not be slow or it becomes food for bb3-6.
The fire power, speed, armor, size, turning speed are bad which makes it like a exp giving machine.
RN fire power+armor -slow speed ok
USS high angle attack, ok damage - slow speed quite ok
IJN high angle attack, good damage -slow speed ok
SN high angle attack, high damage good range -slow speed ok
MN EXCELLENT SPEED, good turing speed, high damage of front guns -speed is ok too
RM low angle fast gun with good damage, small size -slow speed ok

EBBs was before beter ships than regular if you want to make player base intrest for it than EBB should be beter than normal BB 
Last time test team was talking EBBs are for lvling OK , but why than J39 99lvl have 1 support slot less than H41 which is 96lvl ??? and why this low lvl difrence 3lvl , if i have h41&j39 i will use h41 3lvl fail ! and i wil have pain in head because of i lose one support slot is beter to lvl on h41 to h44 without J39
Why new EBBs dont fill the GAP betwean bb5&6 on about 110lvl or add regular ship in that space , who nead 3lvl difrence ships with biger lvl have less suports

If you dont like it soo much dont use it, use your H-41, or even better do some grinding and get a H-44, dont get the Kaiser though you may complain its too slow at 37 knots and ranging everything else.

Considering the J-39 has range, reload, damage, AA, I find it amusing that people still complain thats not enough.
