Well, in my opinion a player can play whatever style they like; if you are in a fleet, then you can talk to them about playing a certain style that you want them to play.
When I play my CV, my goal is to conquor the skies; it's true there are time that even though I light up the seas for the BBs they are incompetent and can't hit anything; but on average, it usually ends up as a win.
The game is about having fun...if the CV player finds it more fun to send bombers, then that's up to him. If you are not having fun because you can't see and your scouts (if you have them) are always shot down...then play a CV and show them how it's done, but don't tell them how to play.
I know it can get frustrating as a BB player when you can see anything an your scout always gets AA'd out of the sky or nailed by fighters (I get a lot of that too), but cursing a CV player makes NF a bad playing environment and this game doesn't need more bad air around.
Still...if you are a CV player, you may as well get use to it; BBs complaining about CVs will probably always be there. Ignore them and play the style that makes it fun for you. As time passes, you may grow out of that stage and play for a team goal.
